                            Ingredients
- 1 lb String Beans, trimmed and steamed until tender crisp
 - ¼ Cup of Kalamata Olives, pitted and halved
 - ¼ Cup of Sliced Red Onion
 - 1 Tbsp of Capers
 - ¼ Cup of Fresh Chopped Basil
 - 2 Plum Tomatoes, cut in big chunks
 - 1 to 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 2 Tbsp of White Wine Vinegar
 - Salt and Pepper, to taste
 
Preparation
- 
                                    1) Toss all of the ingredients together and make sure they’re all coated in the oil and vinegar. 
 
2) Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
